suppose mr X had not filled return right from he was earned till now but he was liable to fill return ( income more than maximum limit chargable to tax) and assessment more than 6 years is not open by AO

IT Dept has right to search & seize the money, imprisonment, issue notices, investigate etc.

but income tax department has not right to open cases more than 6 years even person having a black income
