UNDER INWARD FREIGHT IF BILTY IS BELOW 750 THAN RCM APPLICABLE OR NOT ?

Please go through point-22(b) and (c) of booklet of Service Rate list of GST.
The limit of 750/- and 1500/- on transportation exists in GST also.....
Please consider the same while booking transporter's bills.
