If the Service is provided in the month of June 2017 and the service is covered under RCM. The company has received the invoice dated 30.06.2017 on 10.07.2017. Now how to deal with such situation. What are the options available to the company.

As invoice dated 30.06.2017 pay service tax under RCM.

Sir I suppose if the said service is GTA and we are paying freight then we have to pay GST as GTA is under RCM in GST law and under GST in case of RCM time of supply is earliest of payment date or date immediately following 60 days of invoice. Please clarify
