10 December 2018 Under the "Bill To Ship To" Transaction in GST, There are Three persons and three states were involved in this transaction.

ABC - in Tamilnadu
PQR - in Andhra Pradesh
XYZ - in Pondy

1.‘ABC’ is the person who has ordered ‘PQR’ to send goods directly to ‘XYZ' Pondy
2. ‘PQR’ is the person who is sending goods directly to ‘XYZ’ on behalf of ‘ABC'
3. ‘XYZ’ is the recipient of goods

Can we proceed like this for dispatch goods.

Responsibility to generate Eway Bill and What document will be required to directly send the goods to XYZ.

ABC can claim the Input credit from PQR and also XYZ can claim the Input credit from ABC.

10 December 2018 The transaction is possible. Responsibility to generate the e-way bill is of the person who makes the movement of goods. PQR will raise invoice to ABC with a delivery address of XYZ. ABC will raise an invoice to XYZ. Apart from invoice and e-way bill, no other document is required.
