07 December 2024 Dear sir / madam, I'm from karnataka having gstin here.
One of our customer from madya Pradesh saying bill to on madya Pradesh and delivery at spot in karnataka, but he is not providing karnataka delivery gstin? Can we make bill to ship here

07 December 2024 Yes, you will have to make invoice with IGST over your purchaser with ship to address provided by the dealer. He will also provide e-way bill with ship to address.
