23 September 2013 Dear Sir,

Hi

our CHA is giving the bill of entery and we are giving the cheque in the name of CHA company and we have doubt on CHA because he is providing the bill of entery in doc. excel format and may be he can easily change it.

finally he is providing the orginal bill of entery with his bill.

kindly give me the suggestion how can i cross check.

Please reply ASAP.

23 September 2013 A Bill of Entry also known as Shipment Bill is a statement of the nature and value of goods to be imported or exported, prepared by the shipper and presented to a customhouse. The importer clearing the goods for domestic consumption has to file bill of entry in four copies; original and duplicate are meant for customs, third copy for the importer and the fourth copy is meant for the bank for making remittances.
