dear mam or sir
I am paying gst in reverse charge for purchase goods or services from unregistered dealer I want to know that should I raised bills against reverse charge and which invoice format
pls help

You need to issue self billing on the same supply invoice.

You will have to raise invoice showing yourself as the recipient. You will also have to issue payment voucher on payment to unregistered dealer.
You can mail me for the formats of both documents
