Dear Sir,
we are manufecturer of electric capacitors in U.P and we purchases the local U P & other state then our Purchasing bill Date 25.03.2015 and received the materials in 8 april 2015 then we entry in march return or april return

It is at your choice. In order to match the invoice details as per sales tax website and for issuing C Forms, you may chose the date of March as invoice date.
Or else, you may treat the date as April since the purchase is complete only after receiving the goods in good condition.
It would be better if you book purchase in the month of March in order to meet the procedural difficulties.
