SORRY for misleading But it is so IMPORTANT PLEASE HELP

I have passed ipcc group 1 in nov 2011 and joined articleship on 30th april 2012 to 29 february 2016. then i quit my studies and articleship without informing to my CA principal and Institutes. Now i want to restart my articleship and ca studies. till now i hv not cleared group 2 and not submitted any form to ICAI..
Please help about procedures to restart.....

27 April 2017 You should go to your Principal to have detailed information about article ship period..If your period is finished then you can submit the forms to ICAI..But first plz visit to your principal's office.

29 April 2017 Thanks for reply
I have visited to my employer on 28/04/2017 and there is leave of 146 days which i think allowed by icai. I have filled for 108. and a condonation letter with fee of Rs. 1000/-
Please suggest any other requirment?????

01 May 2017 Go to ICAI now. and submit ur form...let see what happens...hope it will be accepted
