am working as accountant for a software company to save tax on salary please give me best salary structure to save tax for our employees.

There is no mechanical rules for best salary structure.

this is one of our employee salary if is it tax saving salary structure or if it is not then please suggest me how to restructure the salary to save tax maximum. thanks in advance

11 October 2013 Keep Basic Salary 52% Of total and HRA 50% ( if you are in metro city) other wise 40%, Medical-1250, Convedyance-800, Telephone REimbursement - 2000, Traveling REimbursement-2000. You may also arrange some coupens which can be used at any store and can save tax on that also.
