i want salary structure for minimum tax liability (for tax saving) for salry amount Rs.65000/-

you can have following elements in your salary structure :-
Children Education Allowance- upto 200p.m.
HRA -if you are residing at the rented place.
Mobile/Telephone Allowance
Broadband Allowance
Transport Allowance -upto 800p.m.
Conveyance to the extent of coming to and from office.
The above allowances are exempt from Income tax.
