Dear experts,
please tell me which book is the best for isca? should I read both study material and reference book? or is it enough that I read only a reference book of a good author?

Read only PM & SM.
Cover all questions from Practise Manual first then go for anything else.
Also cover all practice & Case Study at end of every chapter.
