26 June 2008 I m newly Qualified in batch of Nov.2007 and join Om Logistics Ltd in a very poor package and presently working in internal audit department because my previously exprience in internal audit.
Can any one suggest me is this best for future or not, if not can i change the specialisation on which area which bes for me in future because all industry search as chartered accountant in specialised area.
But if i continue my specialisation in internal audit department how can again improve myself that acheive higher package.

26 June 2008 It is all depends on your future vision and what you want to be. If you are good in internal audit better specialise in it and think of devising some best practices.I beleive it is better to join some MNC's as SOX compliance executive. Your internal audit skills will yield a good pacage. Almost all MNC have SOX compliane or implementation team.If u are planning for Small firm then you have to rethink your specialisation.

You may forward ur resume to MNC Audit firms and Consultants like Capgemini. You Pacage will be around 5-6 Lacs.
