There are various books available in the market.The book which i referred for my CS Inter was "Company Law and Practice" by Taxmann written by Kapoor and Mujumdar.
Then there is Avtar Singh (Eastern Book Co, Lucknow) and also Taxmann's Corporate Laws (about 15 bare acts). If you want simple language then go for ND Kapoor
