Can anyone suggest me what are the advantages or disadvantages of taking COP. And I am an employee in a ca firm but my future plan is to go in a corporate sector. So will it be worthful to take COP?

Well if u wish to continue with job, then no point in taking cop. Higher annual fees, more cpe compliance etc r the disadvantages

well given that your long term plans are to remain in the corporate sector, I am unable to see any advantage that my accrue to you.
