Respected Sir/Madam,
Assessee is filling his income tax return regularly. Now, he is died because of an attack. So, can he or his legal heir get any kind of benefit from government for regular filling of income tax return?

Yes.For the upcoming years of there is no Income.
No.For the income already earned.Must file ITR for the taxable income

It is taxable Either in the capacity of representative assessee or in the hands of legal heirs
