Can anyone guide me regarding the Beneficiary & Settlors of Indian Trust alongwith the rights & liability.
Further, can a settlors be same as the beneficiary

Beneficiery is a person who gets the benefit out of that trust.
Settlor is the person who extends the property or tranfer the property to trust by way of a trust deed.
Settlor cannot be a beneficiary but he can become a trustee.
