23 July 2013 I have filed return last A.Y 2009-10. That time i showed income from Business( Trading and repairing of electronics item ). After that i didnot filed any return . Now i want to file the return for A.Y 2012-13 & 2013-14. a )Can i show the income from same buissness?
b )As my shop is not registered can i show that my shop was temporarily closed for some years and now i reopened the same ..thats why having income from Buissness ?
c) Date of filing Belated return .

* I want to claim TDS thats why filing the return .
* My income is approx 160000/- under the slab .

14 August 2013 You can file returns for both the AY.

Return for AY 2012-13 can be filed till 31-03-2014

Return for AY 2013-14 can be filed till 31-03-2015

There will be no problem in filing return after a long period since your income is less than the slab income.
