Belated itr

Today i have filled ITR 1 for AY 2014-15(FY 2013-14) and claiming refund of 25640/- but while preparing return i mentioned Return file u/s 139(1) i.e. on or before due date instead of 139(4) i.e. after due date Now what should i do ? whether the itr will process correctly? is there any problem in receiving refund?
