Belated income tax returns

09 June 2015 if the assessee has failed to file his income tax returns for A.Y years more than two years old , upon filing the returns for last 7 A.Y resulting in refunds , What is the remedy available to him whether he can avail section 264 (Revision of other orders) and request for refund.....please advise in the matter....AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
