11 November 2013 I registered in my present office 2 months ago. My auditor is not allowing me to write BCOM exams in distance mode. He is pressuring me to take BCOM(A&F) in ignou instead.
Sir, i already qualified 1st year exams and paid 2nd year fees. My parents cant afford to pay fees again for ignou. He is not at all convinced with my explanation and pressurising me to do what he said.
What should i do now sir? kindly help mee. I am not at all happy with my present firm

11 November 2013 There is no ground why your CA should deny this ,once ICAI has approved it.You can bring the matter to the notice of ICAI but in that case you should be prepared for all consequences as well.You should take help of other seniors of your firm in the matter.
As a last resort ,if you are in first yr of articleship take transfer

11 November 2013 Thank you madam. Even i want take termination as he is not providing me stipend also. Can i take termination before 6 months?
please help me mam.

11 November 2013 If you are in first yr of articleship you can take transfer with no restriction otherwise also you hold a valid ground of stipend.Bring this issue to the notice of ICAI ,if your CA is not permitting transfer.Your CA is also guilty of professional misconduct
