Hello,
Whether Excise Duty is levied on Barter System ?
Suppose,company is not able to make the payment obligation and against that the said party lifts the goods. Will the excise is levied or not on such transaction ?

Excise duty will not be applicable on barter system. If production of goods or amounts to manufacture then excise duty will be applicable.
