Bar Code In TDS Challan ITNS 281

It is necessary to Print BAR CODE in TDS Challan nO. ITNS 281 ? I am making TDS Challan No. ITNS 281 in Excell Format, But i am unable to print bar code in excell format.

It is not necessary to print Bar Code in TDS challan No. ITNS 281 or 280, as we also draft and print the challan in Excel format & submit it to the bank and bank has never rejected.

You may take printout of pre-printed ITNS 280 & 281 from the website www.incometaxindia.gov.in
It is recommended to use forms as issued by the Income Tax department.
