how to prepare a bank stock statement for manufacturing co. at the end of the every month.and is there any format por preparing it?

Each & Every Bank may have prescribed its own format for submission of stock statements. It should contain the closing balances of each stock item as shown in the stock register being maintained by you. The valuation of the stock should be on the basis of FIFO (first in first out)
