Bank Realisation of Export Income

13 October 2009 I am an Executive in software export company, can any one tell me which amount we have to fill in softex form, also have facing a problem in realisation, many of our client make their payment through credit card,but we received payment in account after deduction of charges around 3 USD,but we send invoice to client with amount of Purchase Order we received from them,for example if i get work order of 100 usd , i will get around 97 USD, in my account, then how i can realise invoice of 100 USD, with receiving of 97 USD,as Realisation is based on Invoice amount. please give me solution, if any one know.

13 October 2009 In softex form you have to fill 100. 3usd you should charge it as Bank charges. On receipt of rs.97 you should give the same details (in bracket mention after deducting applicable bank charges of 3usd)

16 October 2009 but Is it fair to Make invoice of 97 USD after Deduction of Charges 3 USD Charged by Credit Card company?,As Work Order of 100 USD, i got your advise about softex that value of export should be 100 USD-3 USD charges= 97 USD Amount to be Realised , and what amount should be in "Bank Certificate of export and realisation", 100 USD or 97 USD?
