Bank filed rectifiction tds but credit not got

10 August 2013 Sir bank deducted TDS & but credited in wrong PAN & on complint filed rectification on 25th june & gave me statement showing status as booked but till dater credit not shown in my 26AS. What to do?

No need to worry Mr. Sanjeev!!

You file your IT return claiming tax credit. Ask for Form 16A from bank if they provide.

On the basis of TDS cert. you can claim Tax Credit.
