What is the criteria for allotment of bank audits by RBI?

But we are a category III firm and our firm's name has been forwarded by ICAI every year. However, for the last 2-3 years, we do not find our name in RBI list??

In big cities/towns there is a cooling period of two years after every 4 year's audit. I do not know whether your firm falls in above criteria.
