04 April 2012 i am in want bank excel bank audit tool. ie., how to convert the zip format files given by the bank to excel format. CA. D.venkataraman Tamil Nadu has given a format for conversion of bank data in excel format, if any one having this format means send me to the following mail ID.

I think the data given by the bank in Zip file is in ASCI code or in text format. You need to convert the same into excel with the help of excel import tool.

For getting the data in desired format in excel you have to work on excel import data which is not in orderly position.

Following steps require in these regard:
1. Import the date into excel.
2. Remove the garbage i.e unwanted lines etc (but care that wanted data not get deleted)
3. Order the scattered data in orderly columnar position.
