14 April 2012 I want to check fresh sanction of housing loan and car loan..........
please guide me the procedure so that i can find out the irregularities....

15 April 2012 Take each and every file for which sanction as well as disbursement has been made by the bank. The you check the documents whether the same are in order thereafter you go to the account whether the person is making the payment of EMI or not if not then it is NPA if ye then how regular he is. Thereafter whether the interest portion has been taken as income or not. Finally see whether there is any accident and insurance policy for car and insurance coverage for house.
