16 October 2016 Dear sir, we registred pvt.ltd. Company. Now we want open bank account for company name. Bt i am confuse about signing authority and sefty. avoid froud frm partner.

16 October 2016 You can assign multiple signing authorities. So along with your less trusted partner add one more signing partner in form of either you, yourself or any other top managerial person of the company one whom you can impose trust on.
