Bank account disclosure in new income tax return-ay 2015-16

Hello Team,
This is with reference to the disclosure of Bank accounts in the new income tax return forms for AY 2015-16 while e-filling returns.
One of my colleagues has forgot to enter one of his savings bank accounts details (joint account) while filling his returns for 2015-16.
In this case, how can he get it entered/corrected since, the last date of filling returns for AY 2015-16 is August 31, 2015.
Your advise will be much appreciated.

Is it a dormant account, (no transactions in past 6 months except for interest), then you can ignore this compliance.
