my sister has holding accounts with her existing name and maiden name also. it ia legal. she has not close her old bank account holding witth maiden name and shi married and holding new name account in other bank
please tell it will create any problem

In my view the customer can open in various banks .there are cases that the name of one identity proof may not be same in other identity proof .but the customer has to provide same pan number in all the banks where the customer operates.but the customer should not open more than one savings account in bank branch by showing different ID and Address proof

maiden name is anita jadhav she has bank account in that name with pan no. before 6 years she get married and her name after marriage is 'swati kadam' so now shi is operating both the account it is legal.

You can provide one and same certificate provided by village officer.

And operation is legal one and same certificate you can keep for future purposes .it may be required when applying for loans

Transaction at Bank are legal. But for Income tax purpose she has to disclose both her accounts in ITR.

The certificate of one and the same .if you are providing multiple proof and the name is different then this certificate is useful .in Kerala it is provided by village officer
