20 February 2009 please explain me how to evaluate the balance sheet, by the balance sheet of the company, we can get the strength of the company,

dear sir i want to know what are the importance of a company`s share capital, and what is the different between sharecapital, issued, subscribed and paid up capital

20 February 2009 strength based on profit generated,its cash position,working capital etc..
Share Capital is amount invested by owners of the company
the are the different branches of same tree
share capital is maximum permitted capital could be raised
issued is issued by company to invest in company
subscribed is portion of issued capital accepted by investers
paid up is portion of subscribed capital which is paid by investers
