B/s Finalization means to put all Trial Balance Items in B/s & P&l format also complying with Schedule VI, Accounting Standards and Company law, Income Tax & other Indian GAAP.

You may use Schedule Vi of Companies Act. Also refer formats used in ITR-6 of Income Tax and Form 23AC of MCA ROC filling for understanding their requirements. That will help you.
