why capital is the part of balance sheet tell me the full reason not small.

Capital is neither income nor expenditure,it is nothing but an investment which lasts till our organisation lasts.
As per business entity concept, owner is different from business, so what ever he invests it is a liability to the organisation so it should be the part of the balance sheet.
