Dear Sir,
Namaskar.
Sir i took voluntary retirement from a bank in 2007.I retired on 06.11.2007 and bank paid me all my dues and started my pension.But from 01.11.2007 new wage revision has been implemented which was signed in November 2009 effective from 01.11.2007.
Under such circumstances i am also eligible for getting pay revision arrears for 6 days i.e up to my retirement date. i am also eligible for the revision of my pension along with arrears.Difference in Gratuity And Commutation is also Due.I have written to the bank authorities about this but till date i have not been paid arrears of my salary,pension,gratuity and commutation.
Can the bank finalize its balance sheet for the financial year 2010-2011 without paying my arrears.If the bank finalizes it without paying my arrears,what legal options i have.

Bank can finalize BS for 10-11 without making payment to you. Your amount is so small even provision is not needed if the payment is not compulsory for retired person.
