15 January 2010 previous yr i had expand excess amount as grant recieved but i forget to show assets for this amt.
so this f.y i have rec. grant than i reduce balance for it .
but my problem is that i debited to grant but i face problem to credited what a/c bec i not show as an assets for rs 1.0 lakh.

so what i do for reduce this grant.

please help us

as soon as possible and perfect solution give us to me.

15 January 2010 Please tell me first hing is to what account u have credited expenses last year because ur balance sheet wont tally with single effect, somewhere u must have credited?

First find out and let us know....

15 January 2010 sir. we are set accounts creation of cost centres and previous yr when grant rec we passs entry

bank Dr 2.0
grant rec cr. 2.0

expense show p&l a/c
but i made accounts in correcyt way
then what itake next step for improvement
this time i open a/c
