Bad debts provision

Our company decided to charge Rs 10,000 as bad debts provision per month .total sales during the year 150 lakhs. If there is any problem for charging 1,20,000 as bad debts .

23 May 2016 you can make prov of bad debts. but under income tax act this is not allowed on basis on prov. this will disallowed.
