Bad Debts is Cash Expenses or Non Cash Expense.
Treatment of Bad Debts written in calculation of cash accruals.
It is add back in profit with Depreciation/ amortisation or not.

Bad debt is a non-cash expenses. It should be added to profit while calculating cash accruals.
