Can a composition taxable suuplier make intra state supplies in B2B format.. wht wl b the position of another trader making purchase frm that dealer..

Yes. Why not...?
Composition Dealer can make intra state sales.
If purchase A RD from Composition dealer then he can't take ITC from the purchase. Bcoz, Composition dealer give only Bill of supply. Also RD is loss his ITC for the purchase....
If A Composition Dealer purchased from a Composition dealer then no more effects....
