Respected Sir,
IT Refund has not been received as yet for the Ay 200-21 ( Year ending March 20 ) . Please guide me what to do in such case on new portal of income tax site. I have to complain on this issue on new portal but I dont know how to operate new portal of income tax.

On completion of processing income tax return, you would receive intimation under section 143(1) from CPC for the said Assessment year on your registered e-mail ID. In that intimation, if refund is determined, you would receive refund amount within a month or so. Subject to the condition that there were no old demands against which refund adjustment has been proposed. Please check

Processing of remaining ITRs having income from PGBP has started, the refund credits has begin. So, you may receive it in near future.
