23 July 2016 Dear Sir,
A salaried person has been received compliance letter regarding ay 2014-15 for non filing of return.
At compliance link which option he should select
and
Whether he can file his return online in responce to this letter

Please advise me.

23 July 2016 It is always better to file the return.
If you does not have taxable return, file NIL return.
If you have tax payable, then Pay tax and File return.

23 July 2016 Deductor has deducted tds on salary and issued form 16.
Now what are the further proceeding to defence the case?

23 July 2016 Situation 1: Tax payable by you> TDS, then pay balance Tax and File return
Situation 2: Tax payable by you< TDS, then file your return and get refund of excess TDS
Situation 3: Tax Payable by you= TDS, then just file your income tax return
Anyway, you have to file your IT return.

Under which section that notice has been served to you.

23 July 2016 it served under non-filer compliance link where asked to log in and go to compliance link.
What are the options that we should select there as whole tds is deducted by deductor but return is not filed?
