Can we avail the Cenvat credit on input service prior to Central Excise Registration. The Cenvat credit is relating to our manufacturing activity, like Technical consultancy and topographical survey

prior the registration of central excise you can not take the cenvat credit on input service but. you can take the cenvat credit on laying stock.
