Dear Sir
We are planning to purchase of 5 Ply Corrugated Boxes of Machines from China ( Import). It’s Cost of USD 6,22,000. We are registered under SSI Industries. Pl. give your advice that we have taken benefit of Import Duty under EPCG Scheme or another schem & Additional Duty under excise cenvate credit rule.
Kindly give your advice with custome & excise section

AS PER CURRENT FOREIGN TRADE POLICY 2009-2014, YOU CAN AVAIL OF THE EPCG LICENCE .
AND YOU WILL BE COMPELLED THE EXPORT OBLIGATION AFTER ISSUANCE.
