I am an Arts graduate then I have passed MBA(HR & Marketing). I am an authorized person to maintain GST . also I can work for tax consultant and submit return various companies. Kindly cooperate me. .

Details of GST practitioners scheme, as proposed in Section 48 of the CGST Act are not available as of now. It shall be declared soon. I think that your qualification is sufficient to be eligible to be a GST practitioner. Under Section 116 of the CGST Act, there are authorized representatives. Advocates, CA, CS and cost accountant are eligible to be authorized representative to represent any assessee before any authority under GST laws.
