Sir, For increasing Authorised capital first after conductiong meeting we need to get our AOA Altered and then we have to file form 23 and form 5 or first we have to file the requisite forms.
Please tell in which sequence we should move.

Look the procedure is that the company should first submit the Forms to the ROC after conclusion of the meeting. There is no such thing that the ROc will give confirmation for the Forms that have been submitted. It is implied that once the company has submitted the Forms, it can alter the MOA.
So first send the Forms and then alter the MOA.
