hi good morning everyone
I want to know whether authorised capital want to introduced in company in cash or by cheque by directors??
is it possible to take unsecured loan for same in cash?

Your question is confusing. Are you talking about Authorised Capital or paid up capital??!

In that case, your query is confusing. You are not required to infuse Authorised capital. Authorised capital is just a limit upto which paid up capital can be raised.
