In case of change of Auditors during the year, what is the Auditors remuneration to be disclosed in Notes to accounts? whether it should be the one paid to the Signing auditors only or including the fees to the retiring auditors also? Thanx.

Auditor's remuneration in case of companies have to be disclosed in a specified manner like payment for which services (e.g., audit, company law matters etc..) It is not to be disclosed auditor wise. If there was change of auditors during the year, the total remuneration paid to different auditors have to be disclosed segregating between total fees paid for different services rendered.
