06 August 2015 Suppose Mr. A And Mr. B are the partners of the CA firm.
Wife of Mr. A is director of ABC pvt. ltd.can Mr. B be appointed as a auditor of ABC pvt.ltd.??

06 August 2015 I think if he can be appointed as Auditor he is going to work in his own name as Auditor and not in the name of Firm.

I am not very much sure about my answer. Please wait for expert's reply.

03 February 2016 i have a doubt In a pvt ltd company,there are only two Directors who are Father and Son. If they want to give salary to themselves ,how this resolution can be passed since the 'Interested Director can not participate or vote on the resolution? please guide what needs to be done.
