13 September 2013 Can internal Auditor of Holding company become statutory Auditor of subsidiary company? if not then what should be done to remain statutory Auditor of subsidiary company ?

13 September 2013 No, where An internal Auditor is an employee of the company, he's disqualified to appoint as a Statutory Auditor..

Statutory Auditor can't be appoint as an Internal Auditor or visa-verse...
